On this project in northern Chester County, the owner wanted Lynch Repair & Remodeling to design and construct a walkway from the upper level deck to the lower level deck. There was one stipulation: design the walkway without destroying the natural setting of the site. A straight set of stairs would not do justice to or be compatible with the contemporary statement of the house and wooded setting.
Lynch Repair & Remodeling designed and constructed this deck addition with minimal disturbance to the surrounding wooded area while creating a small sitting area and over-look in the woods.
