Your kitchen can be one of the most rewarding spaces to remodel in terms of investment potential. Building industry sources continually state that remodeling your kitchen is the number one way to add value to your home. Historically a significant kitchen remodeling project can return 75 - 100% of the investment if your home is sold within five years.

During a gathering or even a quick visit, doesn't it seem that everybody always ends up in your kitchen? The task of planning and remodeling your kitchen may seem overwhelming.  Lynch Remodeling will guide you through the design process and then make the design a reality.

Lynch Remodeling's design eliminated a wall between the existing kitchen and small den in this Chester Springs residence, to create a large kitchen which flowed into the sunroom addition.

What is a kitchen?

bullet

A place where family, friends and guests should feel welcomed

bullet

A place where everything lands when you get home after a busy day

bullet

A work area to prepare meals

bullet

A room that may be used as an indicator as to the value of the house

The reduction of cabinet ceiling soffit, pantry cabinetry, new cabinets and Zodiac tops made this West Chester kitchen feel larger and more conducive for entertaining.

the plumbing, electric, and cable to the second floor were relocated

and

the kitchen moved from the front of the house to the center.
